IS Technical Associate I

Position covers St. Johnsbury and Derby areas.
Associate's degree or significant experience using computers, computer network systems, project
management, information security laws, network maintenance, and electronic information control technologies.
Demonstrated organizational, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Team and community minded, efficient, respectful and able to apply core values of community based behavioral health care.
Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users at multiple sites. Deliver training to end-users individually and in groups.
Respond to and assist staff with Help Desk requests.
Perform equipment moves, repairs, adds and changes including end user equipment and network devices. Perform PC hardware and software installation.
Maintain and create/delete user accounts and groups.
Perform daily and weekly backups on all servers.
Participate when assigned on IS policy and IS related project committees.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
